Project Information:
We initially received an online enquiry from the client who was requesting pricing for building 2 x Mezzanine Floors in Molendinar to extend the floorspace of an existing Joinery Workshop.
Site plans were provided by the client however being located only 15 minutes away, we arranged to meet on site the next day and complete our own site measure and discuss the project requirements in more detail.
We designed and quoted 2 x Mezzanine Floors with a total floor area of 140m2 with a Load Capacity of 5kPa.
After receiving other quotes, the client decided to award us the job.
We advised the client to allow 3 x Days installation per Mezzanine Floor however we managed to Install each Mezzanine within 2 x Days which allowed the client to ramp up operations earlier than expected. This was due to them providing us clear access to the space and ensuring both areas were empty of stock and machinery.
