This recent domestic shed project in Ormeau was designed to store household items and organise the client’s home shed.
With a 3kpa load rating and 37m2, we supported the client through various options to ensure the final product was exactly what they needed. Once the design was finalised, it took 3 weeks to supply and install the final product.
This Mezzanine was designed with joist spacing 600mm centres, 21mm Plywood Flooring Sheets and black powder coated Mezzanine Posts and Handrail Posts to match the staircase, as per the clients request.
The staircase was designed to AS1657-2018 which is the standard used for warehouses and storage platforms.
