Project Information
We recently completed a neat little mezzanine project in Geebung. Designed at a 3kPa load rating and finished with 21 mm plywood flooring sheets, this floor was engineered for reliable extra storage without taking over the space. We supplied the Form 15 engineering certificate and installed a front handrail built to the National Construction Code’s non-habitable requirements — ticking all the compliance boxes from the start.
The access to the Mezzanine will be through a door cut out from the existing office, which is the next step in this clients building work to the warehouse.
Installation was wrapped up in a single day using two scissor lifts and a forklift, leaving the client with a clean, solid, ready-to-use mezzanine.
