Each Council or Local Government Area has different requirements for Mezzanine Floor approvals; therefore, we do not get involved in this process on the client’s behalf. We ensure our designs meet the relevant Structural and Australian Standards and will work with a certifier that is engaged for the project is that is a requirement.
