Project Information:
Our recent project in Chandler involved two mezzanines floors in side by side warehouses, each 100 Square Metres. These brand new warehouses were the perfect empty canvas for our install crew to get in and out installing both Mezzanine Floors in 3 days.
Each Floor had a 3kpa load rating using 21mm plywood flooring and included in the design, a set of recessed staircases to AS1428. We also included as part of our design scope tactile indicators and nosings for the stairs as the client is building offices on the mezzanines.
From the approval of the final design, these two Mezzanines took 3 weeks to supply.
