We recently completed a 3 kPa storage mezzanine floor in Geebung, designed to support the next stage of an office fit-out.
Site Preparation & Installation
Prior to installation, the builder prepared the site by removing an old shower block and reducing the height of the existing toilet block to ensure adequate clearance.
Using two scissor lifts and a forklift, the structural framework, plywood flooring & stairs were fully installed in a single day, leaving the space ready for the builder to begin stage two.
Key Specifications & Compliance
- Access: Fitted with a staircase featuring 1,000mm treads, compliant with AS1428 standards for office use.
- Handrails: Configured for the builder to fit out and align with the upcoming office wall placement.
- Certification: Issued with a Form 15 Engineering Certificate upon completion.
