We kicked off a busy week with this 30m² storage mezzanine in Highvale (4520), completed in just 1.5 days.
Built for a domestic shed with a 3kPa load capacity, this setup includes:
* Storage mezzanine with 21mm plywood flooring
* Black-painted steel checkerplate staircase with 1000mm treads
* Black-painted handrails with galvanised rails
* Duragal steel mezzanine posts, with zinc paint to welds and plates
* Forklift and skip bin on site to keep things moving
Designed to comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) for non-habitable stairs and handrails, with Form 15 engineering included.
Build time: 1.5 days
Lead time: Approximately 4 weeks from order placement
