This job was received through a happy client of ours, who we have previously provided 3 mezzanine floors for.
Two Mezzanine Floors were required with one at each end of the building so that the space could be divided down the middle in the future to create two tenancies.
Solution
We headed to Coomera to complete a detailed measure up and design.
Each mezzanine floor was 9470mm x 3600mm.
Load rated to 5kPa Storage with Plywood Flooring and Joists at 400 centres, you know these mezzanines will take whatever is thrown at them.
The client chose to have a sliding gates installed in the AS1657-2018 handrail as well as choosing to have the stairs and posts powder coated black to suit the other parts of the warehouse refurbishment that are taking place.
This project was a turn-key package including installation by our experienced installers, as well as all the necessary “tools” to get the job done right – forklift and scissor lift as well as skip bin hire. Everything taken care of by the Apex Mezzanines team and knocked over in 3 days from start to finish.
