It’s been all go for the team in the lead-up to Easter, with another mezzanine install completed—this time down in Burleigh.
This project came in at 36m² and was designed as a mix of storage space and a practical office fit-out, giving the client the best of both worlds. A key part of the design was tying the new structure into an existing mezzanine, which we achieved with a neat step-down transition between the two levels.
On the storage side, we installed handrails to NCC non habitable, while access is via a set of stairs 1000mm aluminium treads, built to NCC non-habitable requirements—keeping everything compliant and fit for purpose.
The crew got it done efficiently in just two days, using the usual setup of two scissor lifts and a forklift. We also took care of all rubbish removal, leaving the site clean and ready to use straight away.
Another smooth install and a great result for the client—just in time for the Easter break.
