Project Information
Our recent project in Pinkenba was to create a storage and office solution for a warehouse. The client wanted create a space that housed his caravan, he could build an office on and included an area for storage. His request was to have a two level Mezzanine so that the extra height was in one section for the caravan to fit under, the other area a little lower for storage.
The finished product not only looks great, is compliant with all Australian Standards and National Construction Codes, but also ticked all the boxes that the client was after.
This one took the installation crew two days to build with two scissors and a fork lift. The staircase has 1000mm Treads -with AS1428 Rails and Treads and the black powder coating really gives it a sleek finish.
The next stage is for a local builder to fit out the top level for the office and we can’t wait to see the finished build.
