We’d previously built 140m2 in here and their team required some additional space.
Post spacings were installed to suit another extension of this newly built section.
Mezzanine Floor Level is 3695mm and we were able to match the two floor heights pretty perfectly and planed off any small variances in height.
Designed with 100 SHS Duragal Posts, C250 Bearer and Joist combo with our custom bracketry connecting it all together. It ties into the tilt panel with a 250 Nesting Channel that has staggered fixings at 450 Centres.
Handrail fittings by Kwikclamp which made it easy to remove the existing section, add a corner post and continue the new handrail across the new Mezzanine.
We removed the conduit from the wall as it clashed with the new Mezzanine and then fixed it back to our steel wall channel on completion.
Built by a team of 2 in 10hrs total which is a great effort and shows how well this style of Mezzanine goes together.
