Rothwell is a bustling area of growth for industrial developments and we have had quite a bit of work lately in some of the new warehouses.
This recent job is the second one in the same business park in a recently finished lot of warehouses.
This Mezzanine came in at 40 square meters with a 3kPa, the client using it to build in office space.
We used 21mm plywood flooring, the staircase 1000mm enclosed checker plate treads painted black.
With a 4 week lead time, the installation crew got this up in a day using two scissor lifts and a fork lift.
