This project was all about creating a durable, non-habitable mezzanine structure that could support significant storage requirements while maintaining an open and professional look.
Every Apex Mezzanine is built on solid engineering principles. This installation came with a Form 15 Engineering Certificate, verifying the structure’s compliance and safety. The mezzanine’s 3 kPa load rating ensures robust performance.
To complete the look, we installed a custom designed and fabricated balustrade along the front edge, paired with a custom powder-coated black handrail designed specifically to the client’s needs.
The staircase was designed to the NCC Non-Habitable Standard, featuring 1000mm aluminium treads and open rails.
