Project Information
We’ve just finished another project on the Gold Coast, this time in Burleigh, where a growing business is transforming their warehouse into a full office space.
This one came in at 43 square metres, built to a 3kPa load rating with 21mm plywood flooring and joists at 400 centres—a sturdy, clean platform ready for its upcoming fit out. We also supplied the Form 15 engineering certificate, ticking all the compliance boxes right from the start.
The install itself was smooth, taking just 1.5 days with the help of two scissor lifts. We used a temporary floor covering to protect the client’s vinyl flooring throughout the install.
All up, a great project with a great client—and now the fun begins for them as the office build takes shape.
