We were back in the new Rothwell Business Park this week putting up a 46m² storage mezzanine.
Designed to full NCC standards for the stairs and AS1657 for handrails, this one features a custom floor landing and a clean, durable setup:
- Capacity & Decking: 3kPa live load rating with 21mm plywood sheets.
- Stairs & Rails: 1000mm checkerplate treads with painted black posts and gal pipe handrails.
- Engineering & Lead Time: Form 15 included, delivered on a 4-week lead time from order.
The team knocked out the install in just two days using our usual setup—forklift, scissors, and a skip bin to keep the site spotless. Another tidy job wrapped up!
