This 50 square metre Mezzanine is one of our recent jobs in Rothwell. The installation was completed in 1.5 days using two scissor lifts, a fork lift and we provided a skip bin to ensure the warehouse was neat and tidy upon completion.
Our client was after some heavy duty storage for his business so we designed this floor with a 5kpa load rating.
Built into the design was a sliding gate to meet AS1657-2018 for easy loading with a Gal finish.
The Staircase designed with 1000mm Aluminium Treads to AS1657 and the Stringers and Handrail were powder coated black.
We used 21mm plywood flooring with joists at 400mm centres.
We provided the form 15 Engineering Certificate for the structure.
From approval of final design, this had a 3 week lead time to completion of installation.
