We’ve been getting to know the brand-new Rothwell Hub industrial complex pretty well, and our latest project marks the third mezzanine we’ve delivered there. It’s always exciting to help businesses settle into their new warehouses—and even better when we get to be part of their growth journey.
This mezzanine came in at 51 square metres and was fully designed, engineered and built to comply with AS1428. It’s the perfect launchpad for the next stage of this company’s plans: a full office fit-out to make their new space truly their own.
From approval of the final design to a fully installed mezzanine, the whole process took just three weeks. The installation itself was wrapped up in only a day and a half. We supplied everything needed to keep things moving smoothly, including a skip bin, two scissor lifts and a forklift.
For the finishing touches, the stairs and posts were powder-coated in black for a clean, modern look. The structure features a 3kPa load rating, 21mm plywood flooring and 1000mm aluminium stair treads.
With the mezzanine now complete, the next phase is the office build, and we’re excited to see the final transformation come together. It’s always rewarding to watch an empty shell turn into a space that truly works for the people using it.
