Finishing the week strong with a project we’ve been working on behind the scenes for a while—taking a storage mezzanine in Molendinar through formal Gold Coast Council approval and certification for a Material Change of Use to add the floor to the property’s title.
Once we received council approval followed by full building certification, we were good to install this week!
Key Specs & Features:
- Area & Capacity: 68m² engineered to 5kPa general load capacity with 21mm plywood flooring.
- Staircase & Safety: NCC non-habitable staircase with 1000mm enclosed treads, mid & top handrails, plus an integrated sliding gate, plus tactiles and nosings.
- Certification & Logistics: Form 15 & Form 12 engineering included on a 3–4 week lead time.
The team wrapped up the installation in just 3 days using our standard equipment setup for a smooth, clean finish. Another compliant build delivered on the Gold Coast!
