This recent project in Capalaba was for a local builder , undertaking an office fit out for this client.
We supplied the 70sqm Mezzanine structure with a 5kpa load rating.
Taking 3 weeks from sign off of final design to supply of materials.
The builder built his own handrails, stairs and sourced local flooring sheets as part of his scope of works with the office fit out to follow the Mezzanine build.
