Another solid install wrapped up this week for Apex Mezzanines—this one up in Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast.
We delivered a 70m² storage mezzanine designed for a 5kPa load, giving the client a heap more usable space. Built with 21mm plywood flooring sheets, it’s a sturdy, no-nonsense setup ready for day-to-day warehouse use.
The install came together over two days, with the team keeping things smooth and efficient on site. Access is via a staircase fitted with 1000mm aluminium treads, all compliant with NCC requirements for non-habitable structures, along with matching handrails to suit.
We also included a sliding gate for safe and practical loading access—always a must-have for storage mezzanines like this.
As with all our projects, engineering was taken care of, with a Form 15 supplied to keep everything compliant.
