Towards the end of the week, we headed down to Murwillimbah to install a 72m² storage mezzanine that went through formal council certification for NSW.
Key Specs & Features:
- Capacity & Decking: 3kPa load rating with 21mm plywood flooring sheets.
- Staircase & Safety: AS1428 office-compliant staircase featuring 1000mm checkerplate treads, single handrail (RHS), full stringer balustrade (LHS), black painted NCC steel balustrading, plus tactile indicators and nosings.
- Turnkey Package: Included full NSW Engineering Design Certification, equipment hire, and complete waste removal.
With a 4-week lead time from order, the team completed the install in just two days using two scissor lifts, a forklift, and a skip bin for a spotlessly clean finish.
