We’ve started the year with a bang at Apex Mezzanines, with a few mezzanines already on the go and the momentum building as we roll into 2026. One of our latest installs took place in Brendale, delivering an 88sqm mezzanine platform ready for an office fit-out.
This project was completed over two days, using two scissor lifts and a forklift to keep everything running smoothly. The mezzanine is engineered to 3kPa, built with 21mm plywood flooring and joists at 400 centres, and backed by a Form 15 engineering certificate for peace of mind.
The client is incorporating architectural stairs as part of their fit-out with a builder, so our role was to create a solid, well-thought-out platform. We also included a step-down area for a future shower, which will be integrated into the bathroom during the fit-out stage.
We can’t wait to see how the finished office space comes together.
