Project Information
Our recent project in Hervey Bay was a 30sqm , 3kpa domestic, light storage Mezzanine Floor which we designed, supplied and installed. The installation was completed by our trusted distributor in the Wide Bay region, carpenter Rick Arnold.
21mm plywood flooring sheets used on this project, with joists at 400 centres.
We designed & engineered this floor as a freestanding Mezzanine. The staircase was designed with 875mm aluminium treads to meet AS1657 or the NCC Non Habitable code as well as handrail to AS1657.
There was also the inclusion of a sliding gate by Kwikclamp for easy access to the mezzanine.
Installation was a 2 man crew for 2 x Days.
The client scheduled his move in date around the installation so the space was an empty shell ready for a smooth install by Rick and his team.
