We recently completed a 35m² light industrial flooring project in Tweed Heads, NSW, delivering a strong, compliant, Mezzanine Floor for another happy customer.
Project Specifications:
- Load Capacity: 3kPa
- Flooring: 21mm Structural Plywood Sheets
- Staircase: 1000mm Checkerplate Treads (AS1428 compliant)
- Handrail: NCC-compliant balustrade, powder coated black
This mezzanine was designed for light industrial use, providing durable, practical additional space while maintaining full compliance with Australian standards.
Our team completed the entire installation in just two days, using two scissor lifts and a forklift to ensure a safe and efficient build process. Careful planning and coordination meant minimal disruption to the client’s operations.
The finished result? A solid, functional mezzanine with a sleek black powder-coated balustrade that not only performs but looks the part too.
