This 30 square metre, 3kpa mezzanine floor we completed this week is another in the new Rothwell Hub warehouse precinct.
Having completed a few in Bremner Road location already, we love the word of mouth referrals, they are the biggest compliment we can receive.
This Mezzanine was designed with 21mm Ply wood, joists at 400 centres and ticked all the necessary boxes to meet Australian Standards and National Construction Code for the office build that is the next stage of this project.
The staircase was designed to AS 1428 with 1000mm checker plate treads and no handrail on this job allowing for the build of the office walls.
As always to ensure safety & ease of install we provided two scissor lifts and a fork lift and the installation crew were done in just under two days.
