This week’s Apex Mezzanine project in Mudgeeraba delivered a smart, compliant storage solution with efficiency and sustainability front of mind.
We designed and constructed a 3kPa storage mezzanine floor, complete with handrails and a sliding gate, all built to National Construction Code standards for “non-habitable” structures. Access was seamlessly integrated from an existing mezzanine office, making the new space both practical and easy to use.
A key part of the project involved the client removing an outdated, non-compliant mezzanine. Rather than sending materials to waste, we repurposed the original structural beams into the new design—reducing waste while maintaining strength and integrity.
The installation was completed in just two days using two scissor lifts and a forklift, with our team ensuring a clean, polished finish throughout. As always, we left the site spotless and ready for immediate use.
