Recently, we completed a 45 square metre mezzanine floor installation for a local business that needed some additional office space & wanted to extend on the current office Mezzanine already in their warehouse. The mezzanine has a 3kPa load capacity and was fitted with 21mm plywood flooring sheets.
The installation took our crew around 1.5 days to complete, using two scissor lifts and a forklift.
For this project, a staircase wasn’t required as the customer will be using the existing stairs within the office. Our detailed design included matching the exisiting floor height of the current office to allow for a seamless transition when the next stage is built for the office fit out.
Form 15 engineering was included, with a lead time of approximately four weeks from order.
