This recent mezzanine floor on the Gold Coast was a solution for a client who wanted to create an office and additional storage for his warehouse. The Mezzanine floor is now ready to have walls built on top.
The specs for this floor were 52m2 with 2850mm Floor Height and 3kPa load rating, Plywood flooring was used and the joists spaced at 400mm.
This Gold Coast Mezzanine Floor was installed 3 x Weeks after the order was placed and construction took 1 x day for our team.
We provided forklift and Scissor lift for the project and also removed the waste/ flooring sheet offcuts from site.
The posts and stairs were black as per clients request .
